Building and Construction Manager

Professional duties:

• Supervising and managing of building works.
• Coordinating of subcontractors and employees job.
• Employees’ management – group of about 9 people.
• Full time availability – candidate will be expected to work all over Poland as also abroad.

Experience/Qualifications:

• Building engineering knowledge.
• Proven professional construction and building licence.
• 3 – 5 years of professional experience in building managing or technical supervising.
• Experience in greenhouse mounting is essential.
• Organisation and personnel management skills.
• Driving licence B cat.
• Lack of counter indication to work at height.
• An ability to communicate in English or Dutch is obligatory condition.
